What is My Aspe and who is it for?

My Aspe is a local service-request platform for residents, property owners and businesses in Aspe, Alicante. Customers explain the job once, add a preferred date and time, and receive a reference while the My Aspe team finds a suitable local professional.

Which local area does My Aspe currently cover?

My Aspe currently focuses on Aspe in Alicante, Spain. A professional’s coverage area can vary, so the team checks the address, service category and preferred time before confirming a visit.

Which local home services can customers request?

My Aspe lists plumbing, pool care, electrical work, home cleaning, locksmiths, climate control, gardening, painting, appliance repair, pest control, small building repairs and moving help. Availability depends on which local vendor pools are active.

How does a My Aspe customer booking work?

Choose a language and service, describe the problem by chat or voice, add the address and preferred date and time, review the hourly estimate, then provide your name and WhatsApp number. My Aspe saves the request and gives you a tracking reference while the team contacts suitable professionals.

Is the AI telephone hotline already live?

The website’s guided chat and LiveKit AI voice request flow are the current launch channels. The public Spanish telephone number is still being prepared, so printed materials should direct customers to aspelisto.es until a number appears on the website.

Which languages does the voice assistant support?

The My Aspe website asks visitors to choose Spanish, English or Valencian before starting. The LiveKit voice assistant then continues in that language and gathers the same request details as the guided chat.

Are the service professionals based near Aspe?

My Aspe is built around participating professionals who serve Aspe and nearby addresses. The owner reviews imported prospects before activation and assigns customer requests only to active professionals in the matching service pool.

How are available vendor appointment times selected?

Customers provide a preferred date and time rather than selecting an automatically guaranteed slot. The My Aspe team checks the matching professional pool and sends a second confirmation only after a professional accepts the visit.

Does a My Aspe request guarantee immediate arrival?

No. A submitted request records the customer’s preferred date and time and enters the dashboard as received. The visit is not confirmed until My Aspe sends a second update after a professional accepts.

What happens after a My Aspe booking request?

My Aspe creates a reference number and stores the service, problem, preferred time, contact details and address. The owner reviews the request, finds an available professional, assigns the job and sends a second confirmation to the customer.

Can My Aspe handle a serious service emergency?

My Aspe is for ordinary home-service requests, not police, fire or medical emergencies. Call 112 in Spain when anyone is in danger or urgent public assistance is required. For property damage, make the area safe before requesting a vendor.

Does My Aspe store customer voice call recordings?

My Aspe does not intentionally retain voice audio. The LiveKit assistant is configured with session recording disabled. The structured request details are saved because the team and assigned professional need the contact information, address, preferred time and relevant job notes.

How can an Aspe service professional join?

Independent professionals can apply to join the relevant service pool. My Aspe reviews the business information, service category and coverage area before activation; approved vendors then receive a schedule and can begin accepting suitable local booking requests.

What information must a My Aspe customer provide?

A request requires the customer’s name, WhatsApp number, service address, preferred date and time, and a short description of the job. Email is optional. My Aspe shares the necessary details with the professional who accepts the visit.

How much does a local service cost?

My Aspe shows an estimated hourly range for each service category before the customer sends the request. Materials, unusual travel and the professional’s final quote are not included; the professional should confirm the final scope and price before paid work begins.
